Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026. These terms apply to your use of Reelspan, provided by Reelspan. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Reelspan publishes content you provide to social networks you connect, through each network’s official API, and offers an API, dashboard and integrations to do so.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for your account, your API keys and everything published through them. Keep keys secret.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and send it to the networks you choose.
- You must have the rights to what you publish and follow each network’s own terms and community rules, including rules on AI-generated content and disclosures.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reelspan for spam, harassment, illegal content, malware, impersonation, or to get around a network’s limits or rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
Networks and limits
Networks set their own limits, reviews and rules and may change or withdraw API access. Some features depend on approvals from them. We are not responsible for a network’s decisions, outages or removal of content. YouTube uploads are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits are shown on the billing page.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Reelspan available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can stop using Reelspan and delete your account at any time.
